About the event
Maxine Pfeifer has been teaching yoga for 15 years and enjoys connecting with others in this way. At March's Movin' Mondays Yoga series, Maxine will lead an all-levels yoga class with breathing, stretching, strengthening, balancing, and relaxing postures. Attendees will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and to do what is effective for them. All are welcome.
